My tip for today is to use more video in your content, both in terms of your sales efforts and your retention efforts and why use video?
Well, there's only so much the written words can convey, whereas video could bring in elements like your body language and tonality and things like that.
And it helps make your message more effective and more personal and human to human. So video can bring those aspects and really help get your messaging through. So we find that these days, if you look at conversion rates of sales letters or sales pages, just by adding video can really have a big boost in terms of conversion rates. And most marketers that know what they're doing these days will be using video at a high level.
So really think about how you can add video into your mix in terms of your messaging from both sales and a retention side of things.
