My tip for today is about improving your conversion or your sales conversion into memberships.
So if you follow our processes, you'd ideally have some kind of trial pass form that can be downloaded on your website. You might also have content downloads like a cheat sheet or a video course on weight loss or something like that.
But a really important piece of real estate that often goes underutilized is the thank you page. So let's say if someone downloads a trial pass to your form, what most people would do is have a thank you page and you'll say “thanks for downloading our trial pass. Click here to go back to the website.”
But at that stage, you've got the prospects attention. So that's really important real estate that's going unused. So what can you add to your thank you page to help improve your chances of the sale?
Maybe it's a video giving a tour of the centre. Maybe it's your manager or yourself talking about why people are coming to your gym. What is unique about it? What makes your gym stand out? Maybe it's some video testimonials from members saying how much I love the gym. How it has such a great feel and vibe.
So there's so much you can do with that valuable piece of real estate. Yet so many gyms don't make the most of that. So think about how you can use your thank you page. And if you make the most of that, that valuable real estate, you'll find that you're doing more to boost your conversion efforts. So try that out and let us know how you go.
